Damon Dormer
MANAGING DIRECTORDamon is a Mining Engineer with over 26 years of experience and has spent 15 years mine management and executive roles. Damon has worked across Australia, Papua New Guinea, South Africa, Africa and the USA in operations, studies, projects, improvement, and innovation.
His achievements include transformational improvements in operations at Gold Fields Australian operations and for Newmont’s Subika Project in Ghana and Khoemacau’s Zone 5 Project in Botswana which are constructed and in production.
Steven Wilson
OPERATIONS DIRECTORSteven is a Mining Engineer with over 24 years of experience in site and corporate roles. Steven has worked in Australia, New Zealand, Ghana, Indonesia and Botswana, taking projects from the completion of studies to successful execution.
